STRUMENTO ATTUATIVO ESECUTIVO (PEC) - ADOZIONE
Si informa che con Deliberazione della Giunta n. 24 del 28/02/2023 è stato adottato il progetto del Piano Esecutivo Convenzionato per l’ampliamento della struttura produttiva con realizzazione di strutture metalliche sito in Ceresole d’Alba (CN), Strada Cantarelli dei Boschi n. 26;
Gli atti, in conformità al disposto dell’art. 30 della L.457/78, sono stati pubblicati per estratto all’Albo Pretorio e gli elaborati sul sito https://www.comune.ceresoledalba.cn.it/it-it/home nella sezione Amministrazione Trasparente, per 30 giorni consecutivi dal 01/03/2023 al 30/03/2023, con la procedura prevista per i piani particolareggiati (art. 40 della L.R. 56/77 e smi).
